Frith headed back home, he took the long way to avoid the center of town. He planned on dropping off Nathaniel and Walter before going to say his final good-byes to his wife. Nathaniel followed at his father's heels.

Walter still slept. Caius was in the house however. He was sitting on the chair with his leg crossed. He had scars on his face. The scars were there since his sons went missing, and they still are. His hair had growl longer and his eyes had two different blues in them. His hands were folded as he sat there. He looked at Nathaniel and then at Frith. How he got in the house, he wouldn't say.

The child shifted as he was placed in bed, muttering the word, "Mommy". He curled into a ball. Caius was playing with a dagger that he had hidden.

"Mother didn't want to die, I can see it in her eyes." Caius said. "The last words she said were that she didn't hurt Abigail and that Abigail was lying about her. She told me right before she died were to take care of you and my brothers."

The tea kettle went off. Frith stood, grunting a little from the pain. He walked over to it and took it off the flame. "Did you manage to catch the curse that Lucifer put on your mother?" he asked.
