Cross shook his head, but he started to slump against the counter.

Green jolted awake with a scream, her hand over her heart. "Don't take the baby!" was the first thing she yelled before coming to her senses. She looked around in fear, "The man! Where's the man!" She looked at Renea, "Oh, Miss I'm so sorry! He summoned a plant to lull me to sleep! I'm so sorry!"

The mayor sighed, "Well, there's obviously something wrong, better find someplace where you can lie down." he looked over to Majora, "I'll get my medical supplies, get Cross to the living room and have him lie on one of the seats." he told him, the demon nodded and went over to Cross, going to help the man move.

"I-I'm alright..." Cross objected though he was clearly tired.

Green shook her head. "I'm so tired..." she said, "The scent...the scent...nightmares...a boy...a woman...a girl...a man... Sylver and Gold were taken by this man before...they were stolen from Alex before...Icy..." The girl was obviously babbling, her words becoming more incoherent.

The demon simply went over to Cross and tried to help him stand up, "Hey, You at least gotta let Dupree see if you're alright, then you can get back to your work." he told him.
