Amerant just sat there, listening to Yogan for a moment, "Well, the only superiors I've ever listened to were my parents but then again, I was just a kid. Look, let me tell you something, the only good thing about the future is uncertainty, so why not live life like there's no tomorrow?" he said, as he was finishing up his food, "Besides, whatever enemies I make along the way, I ain't got time for that. I'm not just going to waste my time just trying to get 'em outta my way I gotta job to do." he added.

"Now you're being stupid," Yogan said, "I have said nothing about being careful nor did I say anything about making enemies. I'm just saying swallow down some of that damned pride of yours and learn to submit to those that have power." Annoyance was all over his face and electricity trickled along his fingers. Alexander Simmons cleared his throat. "You men should take this outside before my father loses control and turns into his draconic form and destroy everything due to the other dragon's attitude?"

Cross sighed as he got to cleaning up the appliances.

Amerant shrugged, "Well, I'm feeling better already and I do feel that I've overstayed my welcome, if you excuse me I must be going." he said as he casually stood up and started walking out of the kitchen, Arow following behind him nodding his head disapprovingly at the hunter, "Oh!...Before I forget, You might want to find a new stash of moonshine, Mr.Mayor, I partaken in it a bit too much." he told Dupree with a grin, the duo then grabbed their things from the living room and went over to the front door, leaving.

"That is draconic business," Yogan said sharply. Alex just leaned back and folded his arms. His food was "mysteriously" gone. He glanced at his father with his red eyes. "You need to swallow your own sadistic pride as well, Price." he countered. "I won't forget what you did to Icy and you will pay back for that."

"Not by you," Yogan said. "you're under a contract."

Alexander Cross sighed and looked at the mayor. "I assure you, if you want moonshine, we have plenty of it."

Dupree nodded, "That won't be needed Cross, I can always get more myself." he told him, Majora suddenly entered the kitchen with his plate, he looked over to Renea then at Yogan, "Well, if your going to try and kill him, good luck with that, he never stays in one place for long and he never goes back to the same place and even if he does die he'll still be the same arrogant, prideful ass he always is." he told them calmly, he then turned to Cross and handed him the empty plate.

"It is not your business though, girl." he said as he stood up. He left the kitchen. His plate was empty. Cross took Alexander's and Yogan's plates and washed them. Lex stood up. "The baby's been upstairs for a while, and so is Green. I'd better check what's going on."

the demon shrugged, he was used to being ignored, he simply put his plate next to the sink and left the kitchen.

Alexander smiled at her hand held out his hand. Cross sighed, "Would you like to assist me in cleaning the dishes?" he called out to Majora.

the demon turned back, "Alright, I don't mind." he told Cross as he came back and went over to the sink, beginning to wash the dishes.

Alexander led her to the room. "He's still so very beautiful," Lex said, talking about the newborn. "I can say that most of him is you. Just you."

"Yeah, you get used to it after awhile." Majora said, he started drying the dishes and placed them next to the sink.

Alexander shook his head. "No, he only shows my skin." he said. "Or from as far as I know." He reached the door to the nursery and opened it. He noticed Green on the floor and the remains of the flower. His breath hitched in his throat. "Icy?"

The demon nodded as he finished, "That's also true, then again most people don't show it, they just pull of a fake smile and just walk away from everything."

Renea let go of Alex's hand and went to the frib. Each step brought on a wave of fear. She saw the crib was empty and as soon as it clcked her son was kidnapped, she began to cry. "Someone took him, Alex. Our baby is gone!"

Alexander had carried Green to the rocker and placed her there. He looked at Renea in shock and quickly went over to her, hugging her. He was shaking, but he tried to minimize it. "We'll find him," he told her, "We'll find who took him,"

Renea held on to Alex's shirt to keep herself from collapsing to her knees. She buried her face into his shirt and cried harder. "Our baby. . . Our baby," she kept whispering.

"I'll find him," Simmons said, running a hand through her hair as he held her tighter. "I promise. I promise." He was near tears himself as he thought of where in the world Icy would be.

God K.A & Icy

The God K.A appeared to his destination and placed the baby on the table. Icy's blurry vision could only make out the blur of K.A leaning over him. K.A placed his hand onto the baby's forehead and closed his eyes. He had the scent of the gardenia on him. The child went slack, falling asleep.
