"Fine," Xylon said after a long pause. Leaving the blade within the woman, he started to uncuff the white-haired boy. He let Icy fall onto the floor mercilessly as his wings moved so slightly.

Xylon took a couple of steps away from Icy. Icy was breathing heavily due to his wings, too weak to even try to sit up.

He tried to walk as well so that she wouldn't use as much strength. Xylon however, created another black-bladed sword and went to stab Icy's back. Somehow, Alexander barely made it and took the blow instead.

The red-head fell to his knees, then fell to the side. Already suffering from the earlier wound to his lung, he struggled to live---the fire in his eyes dying out. Xylon, taking no mercy, ripped his blade out and stabbed him again.

• "Not in that state you can't," she said to her son. Renea moved out of the way to avoid as much of an impact, but it still hurt her as he caught her in the side. She went to stab him in return.
