Dyemond coughed into his arm. "Get some rest, Dyemond!" Pearle told his brother. Dyemond told him that he was okay, and tried to sit up.

Dyemond didn't see his father. His skin was clammy and his face was red still. He was growing pale. Platinume knew something was wrong, but he didn't know what. He looked at his father. Pearle also looked at Kronos, his eyes showing how worried it was. "I don't think he's in good shape." he said.

"I can see that from just entering the room. We're taking Dyemond to the hospital, Disparity. Can you carry him to the car?" Kronos asked. Disparity nodded and went to pick up Dyemond off the bed.

There was a slight moment of hope shining through Platinume's eyes, but it went away quickly. However, the same hope continued shining in Pearle's eyes. "Great!" he said. Dyemond didn't really object Disparity carrying him.
