Alexander opened his eyes, the nap he took was still in his eyes. He didn't bother moving but did think about Icy once again. He was worried still, his newborn son missing already. He couldn't bring himself to show how worried he was. He had to be strong and find out how to get to K.A.

"No, I don't work hard..." Cross mumbled.

He wrapped an arm around her waist and started to pull her closer so that her back would be against his chest. He continued to run his hand through her hair slowly, in a rhythm.
